1. Inquiry & Online Communication
The transaction begins when overseas customers contact Saner Heavy Industry via online chat, email, or international B2B platforms. Our professional sales and technical teams communicate with customers to understand project requirements, including application scenarios, working conditions, equipment models, technical specifications, and quantities for concrete equipment, wet shotcrete machines, underground engineering equipment, and non-coal mining machinery.
2. Technical Solution & Price Negotiation
Based on the customer’s project conditions, our engineers provide customized equipment solutions and configuration recommendations. A formal quotation is issued, covering equipment specifications, delivery time, packaging, and international trade terms. Both parties negotiate pricing and commercial terms to reach mutual agreement.
3. Contract Signing
After all technical and commercial terms are confirmed, Saner Heavy Industry issues a sales contract or proforma invoice. The contract clearly defines product scope, technical standards, quality requirements, delivery terms, payment conditions, and after-sales service commitments. The contract becomes effective upon confirmation by both parties.
4. Deposit Payment
Once the contract is signed, the buyer pays the agreed deposit. Upon receipt of the deposit, the order is officially scheduled, and production planning is initiated at Saner Heavy Industry’s manufacturing base in Loudi National Economic & Technological Development Zone, Hunan Province.
5. Production Arrangement & Quality Control
Production is carried out in strict accordance with the confirmed technical specifications and international quality standards. Throughout the manufacturing process, Saner Heavy Industry implements comprehensive quality control and inspection procedures to ensure high reliability, durability, and performance of all equipment.
6. Production Completion & Shipment Preparation
After production is completed, all equipment undergoes final inspection, testing, and commissioning. Professional packaging suitable for international transportation is applied. Export documentation, including the packing list, commercial invoice, and shipping arrangements, is prepared to ensure smooth delivery.
7. Shipment & Overseas Delivery
The finished equipment is transported to the designated port and loaded onto the vessel according to the agreed Incoterms. Goods are shipped to the customer’s destination in South America, Africa, Central Asia, Southeast Asia, and other global markets. Shipping documents are promptly provided to the buyer.
8. Goods Receipt & Balance Payment
Upon arrival at the destination port, the buyer completes customs clearance and receives the equipment. After confirming receipt and compliance with contract requirements, the buyer pays the remaining balance as agreed.
9. After-Sales Service & Long-Term Support
Saner Heavy Industry provides comprehensive after-sales service, including equipment operation guidance, technical support, maintenance consultation, and spare parts supply.
